"Service Excellence"
Presented by Horst Schulze

Session Description

The most essential mission for organizations today is Customer Loyalty.  Without it, we will not survive tomorrow.  Join us at the Georgia Aquarium on February 19, as Horst Schulze, formerly President & COO of Ritz-Carlton, helps us reconnect with this most valuable edict.

Learning Objectives

  • What do today’s hotel guests expect from their service providers during business travel?
  • As service providers, how do we meet these expectations?
  • How do we measure our success/failure in meeting these expectations?
